Flixhub, operated by Nirvaan Multimedia, aims to provide a smooth streaming experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime.

  • Access: You will continue to use premium features until your current billing cycle ends

  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused time

  • How to Cancel: Via app settings or email at info@flixhub.in


2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate or accidental billing occurs

  • Unauthorized transactions are reported within 7 days

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Content dissatisfaction

  • Not using the service


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

    • Registered email

    • Payment details

    • Reason for request

  • Review: Our team will verify your request

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days


4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued after billing.

We may update this policy anytime. Continued use of Flixhub means you accept the changes.
